Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Visitors at the feeder

A picture from my walk yesterday around the Farm Loop
🌹     🌹     🌹
This morning it was only 7 degrees outside and when I looked at our road
it looked like a sheet of ice so I decided to get my steps inside today.
We had a bit more snow last night but today there is bright sunshine.

Finished up the rest of my house cleaning this morning.

Haven't had many birds at the feeders this winter but today a
few stopped by.  Got a picture of these two out the back window.
A Cardinal
and a Mourning Dove.
This afternoon I sewed together some weave-it squares on the next baby
blanket I'm making and did a little reading too.

Tonight is the Couple's Banquet and while we are awaiting Dianna and Carroll
to arrive I thought I'd get this posted.

A happy day to you and a smile from me to you.

Hi Karen, hope you have a wonderful time at your banquet!
What beautiful visitors you had at your feeder today. Still hoping for some Mourning Doves to visit mine.
Wow, you really were cold this morning. Smart plan to just get your steps done inside.
Take care!
