Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

February's Verse

The Bible verse we are memorizing for the month of February at church is

I John 3:18
My little children,
let us not love in word,
neither in tongue;
but in deed and in truth.

🌹     🌹     🌹
We had a very nice time last night at the couples banquet.
A message was give by a guest speaker.
We ate too much, talked, played a few silly games,
and laughed a lot.
There were 24 couples.
🌹     🌹     🌹
A picture from my morning walk.
A 3 mile walk in the morning was all I had time for before church.
So in the afternoon I walked another 3 miles.

A blessed Sunday to you all.
Jesus loves you.

Glad you had a good time last night Karen.
We received some snow finally today, looks like we have about the same amount you do.
Enjoy your Sunday evening.

So pleased that you had a good time last night.

You are doing very well with your walking - sometimes it is nice to split a days walk into two!

All the best Jan

Loved the picture from your afternoon walk. The sun looked so pretty...but it wasn't as warm out as the sun made it look.

Thank you again for such a lovely evening.

Good Evening, Karen. Our mutual friend, Dianna, shared the link to your blog. I live in north Georgia. You have a lovely place to walk. The Banquet sounds like a lot of good fellowship. I hope you have an enjoyable evening. Mildred

It looks like you have a very narrow path with no snow. Please be careful :)
