Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Some dramatic looking skies

this morning.  These clouds were moving fast across the sky.

It was pouring down rain when I woke up this morning so put on my rain gear for my walk.  It was 48 degrees. By the time I was outside the rain had stopped but it was hard to tell what was coming next.  The clouds whipped across the sky.  Sometimes I saw blue sky and it was quickly covered up again.  Very windy and I got blown around a bit but it was amazing to watch the sky.  It never rained during my walk but did after I got back home.

Walked around both cemeteries and the ball park loop and all around town.

No other walkers or runners out and didn't even see some of the regulars working around town.

A couple of people were down by the town pond fishing.  The pond is so small I'm surprised that people fish there.

Walked 6 miles.

Had a very nice Easter.  We had planned on just coming home after church but Pastor Leatherman and Kathy invited us over for lunch and we had a delicious meal with them and another couple.  Ham, potatoes, corn, peas, salad and rolls.

We went out this morning and did a few errands over in Grantsville.  While out we had  pizza at Little Caesar's.

Wanted to get some cleaning done today but couldn't get motivated once we got back home so I've put that off for another day.
So what did I do instead you may ask.  Read. : )

Hope your day has been a happy one and you smiled often.

Those skies look like they might dump anything on you.

Yes, we had a happy and easy-going day, mostly taking it easy after a busy weekend of family and grand hildren.

We had a misty weekend but today the sun came out. It suppose to rain the rest of the week here I think. I like your cloud photo. I like to snap shots of clouds then sit back and stare at them. You can see so many things in them through a photo.

My cousin lived near a decent sized pond, I didn't think any fish lived there
