Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Day Nineteen of Thanks

Giving Thanks Day Post Nineteen
Four Seasons

I am thankful that I live in a part of the country
where I get to enjoy all four of the seasons.
I lived in Puerto Rico for three years
and though the weather is beautiful
and sunny year round
I missed the four seasons.
This sounds crazy to say but nice weather
every day is boring.

Here are the four seasons in pictures.
I'll let them do the talking.

Spring
 Summer
Fall
Winter
Hasn't God created a beautiful world for us!?
Enjoy your day.
Be happy.

Beautiful photos! Living in Florida, we get a touch of the seasons but not as much as I'd like.

Hi Karen, four seasons are beautiful but come February I could do without winter!
Have a good day!

Karen, I SO agree with you. Nice weather all of the time gets boring. Sometimes I even get tired of a solid week the brilliant sunshine! I love overcast days the most because my eyes are very sensitve to light and because it is so dang hard to get good photos on sunny days! Am I weird or what? I grew up in Ohio where were always had hot summers and cold winters with snow. Your photos are just stunning, by the way :)

Lovely pictures! Spring is actually my favorite season, but it lasts such a short time around here, so I've truly enjoyed this fall here. Cold weather comes on Sunday - so they say.

Wonderful! Each one depicts it's season perfectly and yes, He has created a beautiful world for us.

I agree. Can't imagine not having the four different seasons to look forward to. Your photos are a beautiful illustration of this.
Have a happy weekend.

I love the way you showed a photo from each season! I also enjoy four seasons. But when I lived in Maine, I got a little tired of the long winters. We used to joke, "We have two seasons in Maine - winter, and last winter!"

He has! So I didn't know that you lived in Puerto Rico...I think I remember that you lived in Scotland or England. Where else have you lived? How many states?
