Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Yes, we're getting more snow today.

It was 22 degrees this morning when I went for my morning walk.  No wind but a cloudy morning.  The roads I walked on where cleared of ice and snow so didn't have to have my ice grippers on my shoes.  First went to the post office and dropped a Netflix in the slot and then walked the farm loop.
Here is a picture of Farmer Bill's house.  It was built in 1884.
Not a quiet morning like yesterday.  Everyone is back to work and school so there were cars and school buses around.  I only see traffic on the main road though and once in the farm road only a bus or two.  And when I say traffic there is not much of it!

I walked a little in town too to get my full miles in.
I walked 6.4 miles.

Haven't done any work today except the basics.
I've read, did some counted cross stitch and have started another puzzle.

A little after lunch it started snowing again and is supposed to through the night and into tomorrow.  I  still might be able to walk in the morning though if it's just snow.

I had idea what to do with another piece of homasote.  I can use it to display my cookie cutter collection.  Right now they are in old glass jars and you can't really see them.  Ken has already cut the homasote and I've painted it blue to match the kitchen.  It is going to get put on the side of a long cabinet and then I can just nail up all the cookie cutters there.  Won't have to put a lot a little holes in the wall.  We have to buy some quarter round to put on the edge.  I'll post a picture once it's up.

That's it for today.
Hope you having a sunny day even if the sun isn't shining.

You are so creative. By the way, after looking at your bulletin board, I decided that I would like a bigger one like that so I am going to totally copy cat your idea and make one from homasote and duct tape like you. Hope you don't mind that somewhere in Arizona, there will be a bulletin board kind of like yours. Mine will be in different colors. Hope you don't get snowed in!

Love this quote!
It started snowing here around 3 P.M. and is coming down harder now. They are predicting that it will cause a messy rush hour tomorrow morning.

What a great idea for displaying your cookie cutters! I'll love seeing a picture when it is finished! I think we are having a bit of snow, such a rarity here, and that wind is really cold!

I'll look forward to seeing your cookie cutters.

You sure get a lot of snow up there but the secret to living in a wintery place is to get outside and enjoy it. So you are doing well. Have you ever tried Nordic (X-Country) skiing? You might really like it and it is a fun way to have the winter pass by. Art

I love Farmer Bill's house. It looks just like a Christmas card with the snowy setting.
