On the way back I walked the same way until I got to the school and then walked a different route home.
I walked down this windy path.
I only saw two people out along my way, but a saw a whole flock of robins along one of the paths. There must have been at least 25 of them. I wanted to take a picture but none of them would sit still and they all flew away. It was really cool to see so many of them together.I walked 6.8 miles.
13,148 steps.

We went out this morning for just a little while to do a couple of errands and then we've been home the rest of the day.I made another loaf of bread. This time a dill loaf. It goes great with the potato soup that I made. We will be having that tomorrow - soup tastes better the day after.
I've worked on the puzzle and had a little help from Ken and it's just about done. I'll probably finish it before we go to bed.
Tonight when we watched television I had the chocolate chip ice cream which is my favorite. It has to be Weis brand though.
Hope your Friday was a happyone.
Happyone : )

Auntie - The lake is at a county park and they have park workers who take care of the park and lake.
The neighborhood paths are part of the neighborhood associations and they take care of them.
The snow is cleared from the streets by the county trucks and workers.
That is how I understand it anyway.

It sounds like you have had a good Friday! Chocolate chip would be my favorite, too. Around here, it would be Mayfield!
Fond memories of my many walks through many cemeteries across the U.S.
I love your pix.
Yes, I remember your visiting the cemetery. It'll look so nice with the spring flowers.
That storm didn't get us...we must have been right on the northern edge...works for me. Your paths look nice and clear!
Looks like a lovely walk this morning. We don't even have Weis brand ice cream out here in the West...don't think I've ever heard of it before. You are right about soup being better the second day. I made crock pot vegetable soup tonight and am looking forward to delicious leftovers with crock pot grinder sandwiches for dinner tomorrow. That dill loaf sounds really good. Going to look up a recipe for that! Enjoy your weekend.
I felt so bad for the robins the other day in the snow. Big groups of them were in the road, as if they couldn't find stuff to eat in the snow. But it all clear now.
You are making me hungry!
So did I guess right on the ice cream since you had chocolate chip?????? If so, do I win an ice cream prize?? :)
How lovely that you have this well- maintained cemetery, to walk through.
Thank you for your reply, to my questions. :-)
Did you ever see one person, and think they reminded you, of someone else? :-) Laraine at "Larainy Days" blog, reminds me of you. Her hair is blond and yours is brunette... But you both have a pretty, happy look to your face.
Perhaps you'll go over and see her, some time. :-)

I haven't seen a robin yet but I am waiting impatiently for them!
You finished your puzzle in such a short time. Can you post a photo of the completed puzzle?
Thanks!
