Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

No walk

It is a rare morning that I don't go for a walk, and today was one of those days.  Went to bed late last night and didn't get up until 7:45 and there was just no time to walk before Church.

We all had a good laugh in Sunday school this morning.  It is a ladies class and up on the flannel board our teacher put up a card that read, Expect teats from God."  : )  She had meant to type, Expect Tests from God.

Galatians 5:22 and 23
The fruit of the spirit is
love,
joy,
peace,
patience,
kindness,
goodness,
faithfulness,
gentleness,
and self-control.

May you have a blessed Sunday.

Hahaha - great laugh from your Sunday School lesson. I love this scripture. I am going to look it up right now and read the entire thing and mark it. A great way to begin my Sunday. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Good thing she had an understanding audience! I love the humour we can find in everyday occurances! Fun!
