Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Renewed Strength

Isaiah 40:31

But those who wait on the Lord
shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like eagles,
they shall run and not be weary,
they shall walk and not faint.

Have a happy and blessed Sunday.

Is there a secret message in this verse, which I have always loved by the way. Are you taking up running? Have you been feeling faint walking? (I have an overactive imagination...)

Thank you for your lovely comments about my postings.
In England every one has a washing line it seems really odd when there is no line in the garden.
Just to let you know it was your postings that nudged me into writing my own thank you.
