Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom. If you go to a place on anything but your own feet you are taken there too fast, and miss a thousand delicate joys that were waiting for you by the wayside. Elizabeth von Arnim

Up in the loft

I sent most of the day in the loft trying to get things back to order and I got most everything done.  I wanted to keep a big area in the middle of the room clear so I can lay out afghan squares when I'm planning the design and sewing them together.
This first picture is when I first come up the stairs.
 Other pictures around the room.

I still have some things to hang up on the walls.  I'm only going to hang up things that I've made.  I should be getting the outlet and switch covers in a couple of days.
I still have the closet to sort out and will get to that in the next couple of days.

I took advantage of the rising temperature again today and hung the sheets out on the line to dry.  I'm looking forward to going to bed on those sweet smelling sheets tonight.
Ken's work shirts were multiplying on the chair where they wait to get ironed so this afternoon they all got ironed.

This evening while watching Pickers on television I had four chocolate chip cookies for my snack.
Now in just a bit Castle will be coming on so off I go to watch that.  I'll do a little knitting too.

Hope your Monday was a good one.
Happyone :-)

Just lovely!!!

And thank you for the great photos, of around the room. I wish more people would do this, when showing a room, any time.

If we stand back and take a pic of a-wall-at-a-time or some-such, our Dear Readers get a much better idea/view/concept. Thank you!
